In so doing, the large ground holdings portfolio has now been significantly reduced to ~12,500km².
The main area of focus is the SKD joint venture with Miniere du Bakwanga (MIBA) in the ground surrounding the Mbuji-Mayi diamond mines.
Commissioning of the Dense Media Separation (DMS) plant and large diameter drill is expected to be completed by mid-2008, whereafter drill bulk sampling and treatment of the kimberlite will be conducted.
